RULES AND USE OF THE HOTEL'S COMMON AREAS

For an excellent experience at our hotel, we invite you to read our rules to live in harmony with the rest of our guests and take care of our establishment.


ENTRY TO THE HOTEL OF PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE RESERVATION IS PROHIBITED. IF GUESTS WISH TO RECEIVE VISITOR, THEY MUST FIRST CONSULT WITH THE HOTEL STAFF, REGISTER THE VISITOR BY PRESENTING THEIR ID AND PAY THE GUEST FEE INDICATED.


IF UNIDENTIFIED PERSONS ENTER, THEY WILL BE PAID A FINE OF UP TO US$200 AND THEIR STAY WILL BE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE TERMINATION.


RECEPTION

Check-in from 1pm

Check-out until 10am


  • Late check-out: check-outs after 10am are subject to availability and have an additional cost per room.
  • If you wish to extend your stay, please contact reception to check availability.


SILENT AREA

For a good coexistence, it is requested that silence be maintained in the hall of the rooms.


ROOMS

  • We ask that you make good use of the room and the equipment found in it.
  • To avoid possible surcharges, keep the furniture and electronic devices in good condition (furniture, TV, sanitary fixtures, decorations, carpets, etc.). Otherwise, in the event of breakages, stains, scratches and/or any other inconvenience, the guest is financially responsible for the repairs.
  • Consumption of food and drinks inside the room is not permitted.
  • Whites: In case of tears, stains or loss of sheets, towels and/or bedspreads, the full value of the item will be charged at the time of check-out.
  • When leaving, please turn off the lights, TV and air conditioning and keep the doors closed.
  • It is the guest's responsibility to return the room keys at the end of their stay. In the event of loss, the guest is responsible for the replacement fee.


BREAKFAST AREA

From 7am to 12pm

  • Our breakfast is self-service and includes: infusions, tea, coffee, milk, juice, fruit, sweet biscuits, bread, cereal and jam.
  • For special requests: room service, premium breakfast, please consult our WhatsApp.
  • The Breakfast Area is for exclusive use for this purpose. For the preparation of other meals, please use the Kitchen Area where the grill and the indoor pool are located.
  • After finishing your breakfast, wash, dry and put away the dishes you used.


KITCHEN / SUM / BARBECUE AREA

Multipurpose room

From 8am to 2am


  • The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your meals. We have a stove, grill, electric oven and roaster.
  • In the cupboard you will find all the necessary utensils for cooking.


We also offer a selection of condiments free of charge.

Additional dressings will be available, please inquire for applicable charges.


GRILL USE:

  • Write down on the form next to the grill the room number, day and time you will use it.
  • We have utensils for exclusive use for the grill.
  • Please clean after grilling is finished.
  • If you request it, we have a Barbecue Menu proposal, which consists of the purchase and grilling of the meats of your choice.


USE OF ELECTRIC OVEN:

  • To begin, plug in the oven.
  • Turn the first knob, selecting the desired temperature.
  • Then choose the cooking time
  • Finally, select the cooking option (high rack, low rack, or both).
  • Important: Once the cooking time has finished, the oven switches off automatically. You can then unplug it.


USE OF THE PING PONG TABLE:

  • First, you need to arrange the space for the table to be set up. If necessary, move the chairs and tables to one side.
  • You can find the paddles and balls stored in the bottom drawer of the undercounter.
  • It is not permitted to take the table into the garden.
  • If there is more than one guest interested in playing, the maximum suggested usage time will be 30 min per team.
  • Once you have finished using it, close it and store it in the appropriate place.


POOL RULES:

  • Permitted hours of use: From 9am to midnight
  • Please shower before entering, remove sunscreen and/or sun cream, dirt from feet or body.
  • It is forbidden to enter with inappropriate clothing. Always wear a swimsuit.
  • It is not permitted to consume food or drink inside the pool, as well as the use of glasses and/or glass objects or any sharp objects.
  • Do not dive headfirst or run along the edges of the pool.
  • Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, who will be responsible for their supervision and control.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • No smoking.
  • Always use the space with respect for other guests. Avoid talking loudly, shouting, splashing or using music equipment.

Important: Before entering the hotel, it is necessary to dry yourself, put on shoes and get dressed.


BATHROOMS

  • The hotel has 2 bathrooms for common use on the ground floor. One is located in the breakfast area and the other in the kitchen/SUM/Quincho area.
  • The bathroom located on the first floor is for the exclusive use of guests staying in the Standard Room (rooms 4 and 5).


USE OF THE JACUZZI

  • Place the plug in the drain.
  • Fill with water above the level of the jet outlet.
  • Finally, start the engine.
  • The use of bath salts or foam specific for their function is permitted.
  • The use of the jacuzzi is 20 minutes with a capacity for two people.
  • Failure to comply with the specifications will result in a minimum fine of $10,000 pesos.


SECURITY

  • We have security cameras 24 hours a day.
  • Please take care of your belongings. Always keep your room closed and locked, do not leave your luggage or any personal items in the common areas.
  • The hotel is not and will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property owned by or in the custody of the guest.


Access to the entrance door:

For your security, we have an electronic lock. To enter, enter the password given to you at check-in, followed by the red button.

To exit, turn the knob clockwise and pull the handle. Do not push the door, it closes by itself.


Access to the main door:

To enter, please ring the bell to the left of the door and wait to be answered. Once the lock is unlocked, push the door open.

To exit, turn the grey circle to your left and pull the handle. Do not push, it closes by itself.


Important:

  • Remember that doors close by themselves.
  • Do not force the door open if you still do not hear the sound indicating the open signal.
  • Any damage or loss caused by the misuse of electronic locks will be charged at the full cost.


MINORS

Children are not permitted to roam around common areas without the supervision of a responsible adult.


GUESTS

  • For security reasons, access to rooms by people who are not staying at the hotel is prohibited. If guests receive visitors, they must remain in the hotel lobby and register at the reception desk by presenting their ID or passport.
  • For meetings, barbecues or breakfasts with people who are not staying with us, we have Day Use rates. Check availability and the surcharge per person.


PETS

  • As long as they are accompanied by their owners and using a leash, pets may roam around the garden and public areas, except for those intended for the sale and/or service of food and beverages, as well as the swimming pool.
  • Pets are not allowed to remain alone in the room.
  • Guests must take care of the facilities and behave well, avoiding annoying noises caused by barking and/or meowing that may disturb other guests.
  • The hotel reserves the right to charge an extra fee for room cleaning if the pet creates a mess or dirt.
  • During the stay at the hotel, the pet will be provided with a pillow and bowls for water and food. Please do not use the kitchen utensils.


SMOKE FREE

Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel, including in rooms, bathrooms and common areas. Guests who do not comply with this rule will be fined.


RIGHT OF ADMISSION

You are expected to behave in an orderly and acceptable manner at all times. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your booking and the booking of any member of your party if we (acting reasonably) consider your conduct to be in breach of these rules.


Conduct that we reasonably consider inappropriate includes, but is not limited to:


  • Inappropriate levels of noise or disturbances.
  • State of intoxication or unruly behavior.
  • Any behavior that appears offensive to other Guests or collaborators.
  • We will at all times act reasonably in making any determination under this clause.


In the event that we cancel your stay, you will be required to vacate your accommodation immediately. You will be responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or a member of your party. Full payment for any damage or loss must be made prior to your departure. If you fail to make payment, you will be responsible for the discharge of any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions together with all expenses we incur in pursuing any claim against you.


Our obligations to you end when the booking is terminated. We will have no obligation to provide a refund for missed accommodation and are not liable for any expenses or costs incurred as a result of termination.


RESERVATIONS

  • Reservations can be processed by calling us directly at 54-3412 418817.
  • The hotel requires reservations prior to arrival.
  • Reservations are considered confirmed only with a Security Deposit (Deposit).
  • Children of all ages are welcome.
  • Children under 2 years old stay free of charge.


CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in is from 1:00 p.m., unless a special time has been agreed upon.
  • Check-Out is at 10:00 am
  • Check-outs after 10:00 am will be subject to an additional room charge.
  • For early check-in or late check-out, please check availability and costs.


DEPOSIT GUARANTEE (DOWN PAYMENT)

  • A deposit of 50% of the stay is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid directly at the hotel on the day of arrival.
  • The deposit must be sent to The House Hotel Boutique by cash or direct transfer to the bank account provided at the time of booking, sending a copy of the receipt to our email or WhatsApp.
  • Upon check-in, government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required for incidental charges.


PAYMENTS

  • Payments must be made to The House Hotel Boutique.
  • If you provide credit card details, we will use such information confidentially for the sole purpose of processing your payment.
  • A Deposit Guarantee (down payment) is required at the time of confirming your reservation.


CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY

  • Confirmation of changes to any reservation is subject to room availability.
  • No refunds are made for cancellations.
  • The House Hotel Boutique reserves the right to charge your credit card with a cancellation fee equivalent to the number of nights reserved.


HOTEL SERVICES

  • Some of the services within the Hotel are free of charge while others require payment. Please confirm when booking or contact us in order to avoid confusion.
  • The hotel is not and will not be liable for any loss or damage to property owned or in the custody of the client or its clients, employees, agents or contractors or third party suppliers.


Access to the hotel room by The House Hotel Boutique

The House Hotel Boutique and its staff have the right to enter the hotel room, during the Client's stay, in order to carry out cleaning, repair and similar work.


GENERAL CONDITIONS of the WEBSITE

You agree to be bound by the following obligations, including but not limited to:

  • You assume financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
  • To make any purchase, you must be over 18 years of age, make the purchase for personal use, and have the legal capacity to make the transaction.
  • You warrant that all information you provide to us is true and accurate.
  • Providing incorrect credit card information or an incorrect billing address for debit or charge cards may result in delays in the issuance of your travel documents and increased prices. Please ensure that the information you provide corresponds to what appears on your credit card billing statement. We also reserve the right to cancel your reservation after it has been issued if payment is not made or if incorrect cardholder information is provided.
  • You may not modify, copy, transmit, distribute, sell, display, license or reproduce the Site or its contents in any way, except that you may make copies for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • The information and/or prices shown on this website are updated from time to time and may therefore have changed by the time you book your holiday or make your travel arrangements. Unfortunately, whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all such information and prices, errors may occur. You should therefore ensure that you check all details of the holiday or travel arrangement you select (including prices) at the time of booking.
  • The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis at the time of access. We do not accept any liability in connection with your ability to access or use the Website at any time, nor in the event of any interruption in your access or use, nor for any errors in making a transaction. We do not warrant that the Website is free of computer viruses or other properties that may cause loss or damage.
